Welcome to Sai Decor Nest. By accessing or purchasing from our website, social pages, or showroom, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

"Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Sai Decor Nest, 3, 9th Cross, RBI Layout Main Rd, JP Nagar 7th Phase, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560062. "Customer," "you" refers to a person or organization placing an order or using our services.

2. Products & Pricing

Product images are representative. Natural variations in wood, fabric dye lots, stitching, and finishes may occur. Prices are in INR and include/exclude taxes as stated on the quotation/invoice. We may update prices or discontinue items before order confirmation.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are accepted via proforma/estimate/WhatsApp/email confirmation with the specified advance. Balance is due before delivery or at installation as communicated. Delayed payments may affect timelines. GST invoices are issued per your provided billing details.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order

Custom dimensions, upholstery, finishes, and hardware are produced per approved drawings/samples. Please verify site measurements and access (lifts/doorways). Minor dimensional/shade variations are industry-standard.

5. Delivery & Installation

Estimated timelines are shared at order time and may shift due to supply/logistics. Ground-floor delivery is included unless noted. Upper floors without lift access or complex installs may incur charges. Ensure site readiness and permissions (society/NOC/entry timings).

6. Doorstep Samples

Samples are for selection and remain Sai Decor Nest property. Production shades/textures can vary slightly from samples due to batch differences.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Custom/Made-to-Order items are non-returnable/non-refundable except for manufacturing defects reported within the inspection window. Ready-stock returns depend on the product policy shared at purchase. Post-production cancellations may forfeit advances against incurred costs.

8. Warranty

Unless specified otherwise, a limited warranty covers manufacturing defects for the period on your invoice/quotation. Not covered: normal wear, fabric pilling, shade variance, water/heat/chemical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. Third-party fittings (hardware/recliners) follow brand warranties.

9. Care & Usage

Follow the care guide provided at delivery. Avoid direct sunlight, standing water, harsh chemicals, and overloading. Use coasters/mats on wood. Tighten moving parts periodically.

10. Intellectual Property

All site content (images, videos, text, logos, artwork, layouts) is owned by Sai Decor Nest or licensors and may not be used without written permission.

11. Privacy & Communications

By contacting us via forms/WhatsApp, you consent to communication regarding your inquiry/order. We take reasonable steps to protect data. For privacy requests, email info@saidecornest.com.

12. Third-Party Links

External links (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Maps, FormSubmit) are for convenience. We aren’t responsible for their content/policies.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect/incidental/consequential/special damages. Our total liability is capped at the invoiced amount for the product/service in dispute.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Sai Decor Nest against claims/losses/liabilities/expenses arising from misuse, breach of these terms, or legal violations.

15. Force Majeure

We aren’t responsible for delays/failures due to events beyond control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, lockdowns, transport disruptions, supplier issues, etc.).

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms anytime. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use/purchase implies acceptance.
